International Relations and Protocols Coordination Office

The primary objective of the International Relations and Protocols Coordination Office is to enhance the visibility of Hacettepe University at national and international levels and to foster global collaborations in the fields of science, technology, education, culture, and the arts.

In line with these objectives, the Coordination Office operates in cooperation with local and global stakeholders in accordance with national and international goals. It also manages internationalization processes together with internal stakeholders, contributes to the development of a culture of teamwork among all relevant university units, and ensures strategic alignment, unity of objectives, and effective coordination.

The “International Relations and Protocols Coordination Office,” whose directive was updated by a Senate decision in 2026, continues its activities with its renewed structure in accordance with the Directive of the International Relations and Protocols Coordination Office.

Organizational Structure

The International Relations and Protocols Coordination Office operates under the Vice Rector appointed by the Rector. The structure consists of a Coordinator and, if deemed necessary, up to two Deputy Coordinators.

  • Ensuring quality assurance systems within its areas of activity
