TRANSPORTATION

Our University has six locations in total: The Sıhhiye (Headquarters), Beytepe, Beşevler and Keçiören campuses are located in the center of Ankara. The Balâ and Polatlı campuses are located in counties of Ankara.

TRANSPORTATION TO THE SIHHIYE CAMPUS

The Sıhhiye Campus is situated in an area between the Ulus and Hamamönü Districts, which are the earliest settlement areas of Ankara. It is only a 10 or 15 minute walk from the Sıhhiye, Kurtuluş, Opera and Samanpazarı Ditsricts. Also, one can reach it by taking the number 230 municipal bus "Hacettepe-Beytepe Kampüsü" at the Kurtuluş Ankaray Subway Station or via local trains. Visitors who have private cars can drive through the Sıhhiye or Kurtuluş gate into the campus. Paid car park number 5 is open to private automobiles 24 hours.

TRANSPORTATION TO THE BEYTEPE CAMPUS

The Beytepe Campus is located on the 14th km of Ankara-Eskişehir Road.

Mass Transportation

Buses  
One can reach Beytepe by taking bus "230 Hacettepe-Beytepe Kampüsü" departing from the Sıhhiye Campus. The departure schedule and route of these buses are given as follows:

EGO (municipal) buses which drive to Beytepe complete their route by taking a shuttle tour within the campus. Shuttle Bus Stops on the Beytepe Campus are as follows:

• Faculty of Letters Bus Stop**
• Yıldız Amfi (Pentagonal Amphi) Bus Stop
• Food Engineering Department Bus Stop
• İİBF (Economic and Administrative Sciences Faculty) Bus Stop
• Foreign Languages High School Bus Stop
• Stadium Bus Stop***

* After the bus departs from this stop, passengers can be picked from the following bus stops within the campus.
** No passenger can be picked for the Sıhhiye destination at these bus stops. Only those that will travel inside the campus can be picked. The first stop for passengers to go to Sıhhiye is the Yıldız Amfi Bus Stop.
*** This is the only bus stop used for picking and dropping passengers after 16.30 pm on work days and holidays. On those days, shuttle buses and other bus stops are not used.

DEPARTURE HOURS:

During periods when education-instruction is ongoing in Beytepe (Fall, Spring and Summer Terms), one bus leaves every 20 minutes. Buses may be more frequent if required on this route. One bus leaves every thirty minutes after 18.00 pm and on holidays.

NOTE: Passengers must have tickets (magnetic cards) on EGO (municipal) buses. One should carry extra tickets since one may not find tickets in Beytepe, particularly at night and during holidays.

Dolmush (Minibus)

Dolmushes are an alternative means of transportation to the Beytepe Campus. The fee is paid per person in cash. The departure schedule and route are as follows:

The earliest bus departs from the Sıhhiye Campus at 07.00.

They stop running to the Beytepe Campus after 20:30 pm. There is noreturn service from Beytepe after 19.00 pm.

Route: The same route that EGO buses take.

For those with private automobiles

One can take the Hacettepe exit located at the 14th kilometer of Ankara-Eskişehir Road and continue to the main gate (A). After the main gate, it is 3 km to the signs that direct drivers to particular destinations.

NOTE: EGO buses and private service buses depart from various local districts of Ankara for the Beytepe Campus during both Fall and Spring Terms. Further information can be collected at the Beytepe EGO departure point or the Kazan Turizm Contact Office. These services do not run during the summer or the registration period (except for certain destinations).

TRANSPORTATION TO THE KEÇİÖREN CAMPUS
One can take EGO or private buses or dolmushes to Keçiören.

This campus is in the Beşevler District. It is only a 1 or 2 minute walk to the Beşevler station of the Ankaray subway.
