TRANSPORTATION

The University has two main campuses;
Sıhhiye Campus,the Central Campus, is in Sıhhiye, the old town of Ankara, and hosts The Medical Centre. The other campus, Beytepe Campus, is located 13 km away from the city centre and stretches over an area of sqm 6.000.000 of green land and woodland.The campus holds the faculties of Communication, Economics & Administrative Sciences, Education, Engineering, Fine Arts, Letters and Science. In addition to these two big campuses the School of Social Work is located at Kecioren, Bala Vocational School is located at Bala, Polatli Health Services and Polatli Technical Science Vocational School are located at Polatli, Urgup Vocational School is located at Urgup and the State Conservatoire, which was affiliated to the University in 1982, is located at Besevler Campus.

The Central Campus, Besevler, Kecioren and Polatli Campuses are accessible by inner-city transportation system such as buses, the underground, and dolmuş (smaller size transporter buses). Beytepe Campus is about half an hour's drive from the downtown campus. There are regular bus and dolmuş services between the two campuses.
